Global Learning & Development (L&D) Manager

Own our global learning ecosystem frameworks, curriculum, platforms, and forums to upskill employees and leaders and drive measurable performance.
Responsibilities
- Build a global L&D framework aligned to business goals, competencies, and career paths.
- Create an annual learning roadmap with budget and KPIs.
- Design and deliver blended programs (onboarding, role excellence, manager / leadership, compliance).
- Launch and scale employee development forums (communities of practice, manager circles, lunch & learns, peer pods).
- Administer LMS / LXP;ensure accessibility and multilingual / localized content.
- Establish content governance and version control.
- Track impact (completion, engagement, L1–L4, time-to-proficiency); publish quarterly dashboards.
- Partner with Legal / HR for mandatory training and audit-ready records.
- Manage vendors and internal facilitator bench.
Qualifications
7+ years L&D / Talent / OD with multi-region experience.Proven instructional design (ADDIE / SAM) and facilitation.Hands-on with LMS / LXP and authoring tools (Articulate / Rise / Captivate).Data-driven; strong stakeholder management across cultures / time zones.Nice-to-have : CPTD / ATD, Kirkpatrick, coaching / behavioral facilitation, PROSCI.
