Job description

Work Experience : 1 to 3 years in the relevant role

Work Location : Bangalore (Onsite)

Role : Full Time

Candidate should be OK to work on weekends as the team works TUE-SUN and takes off on Mondays .

Mentioned below are the key roles and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Education Administration

Interaction and Management of Customer (Student's Parents) queries and requests

Management of student classes and activity schedule, field trips etc.

Manage inquiries from leads and potential customers, business partners, and stake holders.

Maintain an organised filing system for both digital and physical documents, assets and inventory management

Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.

Management and upkeep of office equipments and pantry supplies

2. Events Operational Support

Assist with in-house and outdoor (field trips) basic planning and execution support - Logistics, Scheduling, Communication etc

3. Financial Management :

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and financial transactions.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial records are accurate.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for CXO level executives.
