About the Role

Synex Technology is looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead to drive our clients’ organic growth through effective, data-driven SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO initiatives that improve search rankings, boost traffic, and enhance online visibility. This role requires someone who combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong leadership to deliver measurable results.

What We Expect from You

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical areas.
• Collaborate with content teams to create optimized, keyword-rich content that aligns with client goals.
• Review and audit website content to ensure it meets quality standards, avoids AI-generated issues, and aligns with brand tone.
• Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits, addressing site structure, crawlability, and mobile optimization.
• Monitor performance metrics using tools like Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to generate actionable insights.
• Build and maintain a strong link-building strategy to enhance domain authority.
• Handle local SEO tasks, including content optimization and accurate business listing setups.
• Act as the main SEO point of contact (SPOC) for clients, coordinating with developers and other internal teams for technical fixes.
• Deliver detailed performance reports with strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
