Were hiring for impact. You'll own and lead our end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, especially for UX, visual, front-end, and leadership roles. What You'll Do
- Partner with business and delivery leaders to understand upcoming business needs and role specifics.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across user experience, visual design (UI), front-end, and tech-AI hybrid roles.
- Drive a consultative hiring process with clear evaluation frameworks, attitude checks, and deep role understanding.
- Build strong rapport with internal stakeholders—from Design Directors to the CEO—to stay aligned on team dynamics and future plans.
- Bring visibility to hiring health through regular reports, dashboards, and candidate pipelines.
- Proactively solve hiring bottlenecks with agility, not escalation.
- Build an internal bench of ready-to-hire talent for niche roles in design, consulting, and tech-enabled UX.
- Be the face of YUJ to external talent—sharing our story, work, and culture with precision and inspiration.
Who You Are
6–9 years of experience in strategic hiring, in design, front-end tech, or creative industries.Strong eye for assessing attitude, potential, and consulting aptitude—not just resume hygiene.High ownership and ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining speed and quality.Hands-on experience with hiring tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems) and outbound sourcing.Comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders and aligning talent goals with business growth.Prior experience hiring for creative, front-end, UX, User Interface Designers or product roles is a strong advantage.Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentational.You'll Thrive If You...
