About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Intern to support the management and growth of our digital presence across multiple platforms. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in handling social media accounts for diverse niches, including home décor, gardening, food & recipes, baby and educational content , and more.

Position Details :

Role : Social Media Intern

Location : Sector 16, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Duration : 3 Months

Stipend : INR 15,000 per month

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday

Dress Code : Smart Casuals / Semi-Formals

Job Description :

As a Social Media Intern at BrightRays, you will :

Manage and maintain social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, for various websites and brands.

Work on diverse niches, including Home Décor, Gardening, Food & Recipes, Baby & Educational Content, Lifestyle, and more .

Create engaging posts, reels, and stories tailored to each audience segment.

Use AI tools for image and video generation to enhance creative output.

Collaborate closely with the Graphic Design team and content writers to ensure consistency, creativity, and high-quality output across all platforms.

Contribute innovative ideas for social media campaigns and growth strategies.

Track analytics to refine content performance and boost engagement.

We’re Looking For Someone Who :

Is currently pursuing or has completed a graduation degree.

Has strong photo and video editing skills .

Is familiar with AI-driven creative tools for social media content.

Understands social media trends, algorithms, and engagement techniques.

Brings creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Can work effectively in a collaborative environment with designers and writers .

Its a plus point if you are comfortable with cameras.
