We at Coforge Hiring for Pega Architects with the following skillset

Required Qualifications and Experience :

Experience : o Minimum 10+ years of hands-on Pega experience with n-tier, database, and client-server design / development.

At least 5+ years in design and implementation of PRPC-based solutions, including a leadership role.

Proven experience in leading Pega upgrade projects, preferably to versions 8.x or higher.

Technical Skills : In-depth knowledge of Pega architecture, frameworks, and capabilities.

Hands-on experience with CI / CD pipelines, AWS environments, and iterative software development lifecycles.

Familiarity with Pega SD / SI frameworks is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects successfully.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Soft Skills : Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Collaborative and proactive approach to project challenges.

Preferred Skills : Experience with cloud environments, especially AWS.

Expertise in Pega latest offerings and capabilities, including DX API, Data Pages, and Cosmos UI.

Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices for Pega application
