About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive B2B industrial sales, build strong customer relationships, and expand business growth in assigned regions. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial product sales and corporate client handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B leads and develop business opportunities in assigned regions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to order closure
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with OEMs, distributors, and industrial buyers
- Identify customer requirements and provide product solutions accordingly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts
- Conduct product presentations and client visits
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
- Maintain sales reports, pipeline, and market intelligence
- Participate in sales meetings, reviews, and planning activities

Education : Graduate in any discipline (MBA / PGDM preferred)Experience : 2–5 years of B2B sales experienceIndustry Experience Preferred : Power, Steel, Rubber, Polymer, Industrial Products, Manufacturing.Language Preference : English, Hindi, BengaliBenefits
