Role Clarity (Job Description)
- Title : Design Assistant / Project Coordinator / Studio Assistant
- Responsibilities :
- Site visits with you (take notes, measure, coordinate with contractors / vendors).
- Manage your calendar and client meetings.
- Social media handling (posting, responding, coordination with photographers).
- Client coordination when you're unavailable.
- Vendor & material follow-up.
- Documentation (site reports, BOQs, mood boards, presentations).
- Basic office / admin support.
2. Skill Requirements
Good communication (spoken & written).Basic knowledge of interior design terms (you can train deeper).Social media savvy (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).Organizational skills (follow-ups, scheduling).Tech comfort (MS Office / Google Suite, Canva / Photoshop, AutoCAD basics – optional but helpful).Ability to travel to sites.3. Practical Requirements
Education / Background : Interior design fresher, architecture student, or even a smart graduate with interest in design + admin.Availability : Full-time or part-time (decide based on your workload).Work Mode : Mostly on-site + hybrid (some tasks online).Transport : Should be comfortable with commuting to sites.Skills Required
