About Mandap Martini :

Mandap Martini is a vibrant wedding planning firm based in Chandigarh dedicated to creating unforgettable moments. We blend creativity, passion, and meticulous attention to detail to bring dream weddings to life.

Position Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic fresh graduate who is passionate about event management and wedding design. As an Event Management Trainee , you will embark on a hands-on journey, learning the ins and outs of the industry under the guidance of the founder Ria Azad.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the planning and execution of weddings and events, from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with the design team on stage and decor planning.
  • Support and learn guest relations and ensure a seamless experience for clients and guests.
  • Learn the fundamentals of event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-ground management.
  • Engage in training sessions and mentorship to develop your skills.

    • Qualifications :

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Design, Arts or Business background or a related field.
  • Strong passion for weddings and events.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills (VERY IMPORTANT)
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail .

    • A few important Qualities / Skillsets :

  • Out-of-the box creative thinking
  • Strong verbal communication for client interactions
  • High emotional Intelligence and self awareness
  • Receptive to criticism
  • Basic organisational skills to handle tasks and deadlines
  • Canva / Adobe creative suite / Excel
  • Knowledge of markets, logistics
  • Problem solving skills
