Fashion Designer

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Fashion Designer for GlobalDesi to lead the design direction for key collections. This role demands a deep understanding of global fashion trends, Indian textile sensibilities, and the ability to create commercially successful collections that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Seasonal Collection Development : Conceptualize and develop seasonal collections in line with the brand's design philosophy, customer profile, and market trends.
• Trend Research & Forecasting : Conduct thorough research on global fashion trends, fabrics, silhouettes, trims, and colors to ensure the brand stays relevant and aspirational.
• Design Execution : Translate concepts into detailed sketches and tech packs; oversee sample development, ensuring alignment with design vision and commercial viability.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the sampling, sourcing, print, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Print & Surface Development : Collaborate with print designers to develop original prints and embroideries in line with seasonal themes.
• Presentation & Reviews : Prepare mood boards, collection stories, and presentations for internal reviews, trade shows, and marketing collaborations.
