Job Overview

We are looking for a Fashion Consultant with 1–2 years of experience in styling, fashion retail, or consulting. The ideal candidate should bring creativity, a strong eye for detail, and a deep understanding of fashion aesthetics. You will be responsible for assisting walk-in clients with personalized styling, curating looks for shoots, supporting content creation, and contributing to Rent An Attire's brand presence through local outreach and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Conversion

• Drive sales by converting walk-in and online styling consultations into confirmed rentals.
• Actively promote and upsell Rent An Attire's membership programs, premium services, and accessories.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Track client preferences and suggest add-ons to maximize order value.
• Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat rentals and referrals.
