Job Purpose

Lead the Environment Business including

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Topline and profitability for the Environment Business as per budget.

2. Work closely with the Business Development team and lead presentation to prospective clients.

3. Leading the execution of Sustainability reporting & Decarbonization (Disclosures & Management), Waste management (ZWL) projects.

4. Familiarity with standards such ISO 14064, GHG protocol, BRSR, GRI, TCFD, SASB, ECOVADIS, UL 2799 (ZWL).

5. Hands on experience in leading a team with P / L responsibility.

6. Support the team in the execution of regulatory compliance assurance audits, expected to have fair knowledge on the EHS regulations in India.

7. Travel as required for project execution and business as well.

8. Managing client co-ordination for project execution without any complaints and maintaining the customer satisfaction rating above 85% all the time.

9. Ensure receivables for concluded projects are collected within 45 days of completion of the project and submission of Invoice.

10. Enhancing the skill in team members across divisions to meet the organizations consulting needs.

11. Should have prior experience in handling clients with the below projects
