Finance Leader (In-Person | Pune – Baner | Full-Time)

We are seeking a

strategic Finance Leader

to partner directly with the founder and leadership team. This is

not a day-to-day accounting role

— we already have an operations team for routine finance tasks. We need someone who thinks strategically, understands numbers deeply, and helps drive

budgeting, forecasting, spending decisions, and business planning .

Key Responsibilities

Lead

budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

for all business units.

Provide

data-driven insights , business analysis, and decision support to leadership.

Create and track

financial models, unit economics, and ROI analyses .

Monitor spending, evaluate cost structures, and recommend improvements.

Develop dashboards and performance tracking metrics.

Advise on strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and financial risks.

Requirements

5–10+ years

experience in FP&A, financial planning, business finance, or similar roles.

Strong analytical ability with expertise in

Excel / Google Sheets, financial modelling, and budgeting .

Experience working directly with founders / leadership (preferred).

Ability to simplify data and present clear recommendations.

In-person availability at our

Baner, Pune

office (normal Indian working hours).
