1. Course & Faculty Coordination – 35%
KRAs :
- Preparation of personalized schedules for teaching faculty.
- Course coordination and CRF (Course Requirement Form) preparation.
- Course pack compilation.
- Coordination with IT / AV, ITCS, LRC, and Central Printer.
KPIs :
100% personalized schedules shared with faculty before term start.CRFs prepared with zero missing cases / readings and submitted within deadlines.Course packs compiled sequentially, error-free, and ready before distribution date.Timely communication with internal teams ensuring smooth course delivery with no escalation.2. Course-Related Software & Textbook Management – 20%
KRAs :
Compilation of textbook & software / simulation information.Coordination with LRC, ITCS, and vendors for availability & procurement.Sharing of licenses and access details with faculty and AAs.KPIs :
All textbook / software details extracted and updated from outlines before deadlines.Availability of textbooks in LRC before course commencement.100% timely procurement and distribution of software / simulation licenses.Zero delays in providing access credentials to instructors and AAs.3. Attendance Excuse Request Management – 15%

Drafting and sending approved attendance excuse emails to students and AAs.Maintaining and updating records of attendance excuse requests.KPIs :
100% attendance excuse emails drafted and sent within agreed TAT (Turn-Around-Time).Error-free maintenance of attendance excuse data records.On-time submission of reports for internal review when required.4. Information Management & Reporting – 15%
