Flexi Pitches is where Top 1% leaders meet the next generation of startups. We host demo nights, award showcases, and category launches that connect founders, investors, and mentors under one roof.

We’re looking for a designer who can turn ideas into visuals that grab attention — sharp, clean, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design creative assets for posts, pitch decks, invites, and award templates.
• Create event collaterals — standees, banners, digital screens, and certificates.
• Translate event ideas and founder briefs into visually compelling stories.
• Maintain brand consistency across all Flexi ecosystem verticals (Roundtables, Pitches, Intern).
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver campaign creatives on time.
• Manage multiple design requests, from static to short animated formats (if familiar with tools like After Effects or Canva motion).
