Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Jalandhar I. The specialist will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, and nurturing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, managing sales processes, conducting sales training, and collaborating with team members to increase brand awareness and market share.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively engaging with clients and resolving inquiries
• Proficient in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and meet organizational targets
• Experience in Training and coaching sales team members to enhance their performance and professional skills
• Proven ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
