Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra for a Regional Business Manager. The Regional Business Manager will oversee the daily operations, manage regional sales, and build relationships with customers. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The manager will also be responsible for leading and mentoring the sales team, and coordinating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in regional sales management, developing and implementing sales strategies
• Strong market research abilities and customer relationship management
• Leadership skills, ability to mentor and manage a sales team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the agriculture or livestock feed industry is a plus
