About the Role : We are seeking an experiencedProcess Trainerwith a strong background ininternational voice operationsto deliver end-to-end training for new hires and existing employees. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of process knowledge, and a proven record of improving performance through impactful training interventions.Key Responsibilities : ConductNew Hire Training (NHT)andOn-the-Job Training (OJT)for international voice processes.Design and deliver training modules focused onprocess knowledge, soft skills, systems, and compliance .Evaluate trainee performance and provide continuous coaching for improvement.Work closely withoperations and quality teamsto identify training needs and skill gaps.Prepare and maintain training calendars, reports, and feedback summaries.Driverefresher and upskilling programsto improve productivity and quality scores.Ensure adherence to client-defined SLAs and quality standards.Key Skills & Requirements : Minimum 2 years as aProcess Trainer / Communication Trainerin an international voice setup (US / UK process preferred).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Should be flexible with rotational shifts.Experience inbanking, telecom, healthcare, or BFSI voice processeswill be an added advantage.Educational Qualification : Graduate / Post-Graduate in any stream.
