Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Business System Analyst (BSA) with 5-8 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-centric analytics projects and a proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will be the crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of our data and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. This role requires expertise in requirements documentation, data architecture concepts, and a solid understanding of agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirements & Documentation :

• Gather, document, and validate comprehensive business and functional requirements for data and BI projects.
• Author detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
• Create visual aids such as wireframes and process maps using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
• Lead requirements workshops to gain clarity and alignment from all stakeholders.
