We’re looking for a skilled Technical Lead to take charge of delivering our AI-driven B2B marketing platforms . This role is perfect for someone who can manage complex projects, lead cross-functional teams, and keep client success at the center of everything.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered solutions, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and business goals
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and align on scope and priorities
• Manage and mentor delivery teams, ensuring smooth execution and strong performance
• Proactively identify risks and remove blockers to keep projects on track
• Build strong client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for updates, feedback, and escalations
• Continuously improve delivery processes and report key insights to leadership
• Work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment
