Required Skills :
- Should have SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management certification with certification in Succession Planning and / or Career Development.
- Relevant Experience : 6 to 10 years
- Minimum 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementation experience
- Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization
Nice to have Skills :
Experience in integration of PMGM module with Employee Central, Succession and Career developmentStrong interpersonal communication, customer facing, and team player skillsRole & Responsibilities :
Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements.Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processesManage the relationship with the customer throughout the project.Continually reporting on project progress and potential risk to stakeholdersContinuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors.
