Job Description : Job Summary :

As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors EC and Role Based Permission (RBP) to optimize clients' HR processes, expertise in SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support for production issues in EC and RBP area and provide appropriate solution.
• Analyze client requirements and design solutions to meet their HR needs.
• Provide expert advice on SAP Best Practices for SF modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time management functionalities.
• Collaborate with multi-cultural teams and guide customers on-site and offshore.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors updates and enhancements.
• Document the problem analysis, resolution clearly in business language to ensure repetition of the problems.
