We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Growth & Product Marketing Manager to lead awareness, adoption, and conversion for our Travel & Expense Platform through integrated marketing, storytelling, and GTM execution.
This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Sales, and is responsible for translating product capabilities into powerful narratives that drive market traction and measurable growth.
You'll build demand across digital and offline channels, craft the right positioning for CFOs and finance leaders, and shape the product's voice in the market.
You will be expected to :
- Partner with Product teams to design go-to-market strategies for new feature launches.
- Build product messaging, personas, and competitive differentiators.
- Run targeted performance and content campaigns to acquire enterprise customers.
- Develop a strong marketing funnel - from awareness to revenue conversion.
- Manage analytics, attribution, and optimization for continuous growth improvement.
- Own key growth metrics like leads, conversion rate, CAC, and campaign ROI.
