Empowering sales success in a fast-paced startup environment, we are seeking a high-performing Enterprise SaaS Sales Executive.
This individual will own the full sales cycle - from outbound prospecting to closing deals with enterprise customers in North America.
Responsibilities include :
- Prospecting, discovery, product demos, negotiation, and closing
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations for leaders
- Driving outbound outreach via email, phone to generate new business opportunities
- Collaborating closely with the founding team to refine sales strategy and execution
- Maintaining a robust pipeline and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Required Qualifications :
2-5 years of experience in SaaS sales targeting US / Canada-based mid-market or enterprise clientsProven track record of closing outbound deals and achieving quotaStrong communication and presentation skills; leading demos and handling objectionsFamiliarity with proposal software, RFP automation tools, AI platforms, or sales enablement solutions is preferredIndependently working during US business hoursThe ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective customers. They must also be proactive and results-driven, with a focus on continuously improving sales processes and strategies.
