Job Summary : Lead and coordinate multiple Agile Scrum teams, managing 6–10 Scrum Masters and program managers to ensure successful execution of complex, cross-functional software projects. Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality SaaS or cloud-based software products on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities :
Program Management :
- Lead and manage multiple Scrum teams across different projects, aligning teams with program objectives and timelines
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, managing dependencies, risks, and blockers proactively
- Coordinate across functional teams to deliver software that meets business requirements and customer needs
- Facilitate communication between engineering, product, and business stakeholders
Agile Leadership :
Act as Scrum Master for multiple teams; provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Scrum Masters and team membersEnsure efficient execution of Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)Foster collaborative, high-performance team environments by removing roadblocks and empowering teamsStakeholder Engagement :
Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholdersWork with Product Owners to ensure requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and understoodManage stakeholder expectations regarding delivery timelinesContinuous Improvement :
Promote Agile best practices and improve processes and delivery methodsConduct retrospectives and implement actionable solutions to optimize team performanceEncourage innovation, learning, and adoption of new tools / techniquesRisk and Issue Management :
Identify risks and issues proactively and work with teams to develop mitigation strategiesMonitor program progress, track metrics, and adjust plans to ensure successful deliveryDocumentation and Reporting :
Maintain documentation related to program / project status, meeting notes, and key decisionsProvide regular dashboards and status reports to executive leadershipRequired Skills & Qualifications :
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies : Scrum, Kanban, Lean, with experience leading Agile transformationsCertification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) and / or Agile Program Management (SAFe, PMI-ACP) preferredStrong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skillsAnalytical and critical thinking to assess complex situations and resolve issues proactivelyExperience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Rally, VersionOne, etc.)Familiarity with CI / CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-based development tools is a plusPreferred Skills :
