Role Overview
We are looking for a Kinaxis AMS Support Consultant to provide application management, issue resolution, and functional support for Kinaxis RapidResponse. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and small-scale enhancements to ensure smooth system performance post-implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 / 3 functional and technical support for Kinaxis RapidResponse modules (Supply, Demand, S&OP, Inventory, Capacity).
- Perform root cause analysis , troubleshoot system and data issues, and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist in minor configuration changes , workbook and dashboard modifications, and report building.
- Work with business users to understand issues, document solutions, and manage service tickets (ServiceNow / Jira).
- Support data validation and reconciliation between Kinaxis and source systems (ERP, SAP, Oracle).
- Collaborate with internal COE or Kinaxis team for escalations and version upgrades.
- Ensure change requests and fixes follow proper testing and release processes.
- Create and maintain knowledge base documents, SOPs, and user guides .
Required Skills
2–5 years of experience supporting Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar supply chain planning tools.Hands-on experience in supply chain processes such as demand / supply planning, MPS, and S&OP.Knowledge of data integration, data mapping, and data validation principles.Experience with SQL / Excel for data analysis and issue diagnosis.Familiarity with incident management tools like ServiceNow or Jira.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
