Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in real estate, commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, consultants, PMC (Project Management Consultants), and government bodies.
- Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals for elevator and escalator systems.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, pricing, and close deals aligned with company margins and sales targets.
- Liaise with technical and project teams to ensure feasibility, customization, and client satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and project pipeline.
- Drive conversion of leads from design phase to order finalization.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with agreed terms.
- Maintain CRM data and generate regular sales reports for management review.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) or a related fieldMBA in Sales / Marketing (preferred)5–10 years of relevant experience in elevator / escalator industry or building materials / project salesPreferred Skills :
Strong technical understanding of elevator / escalator systems (traction, hydraulic, MRL, etc.)Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to read architectural drawings and BOQsFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS OfficeSelf-motivated with a customer-first attitudeSkills Required
