What would you do? Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations. You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable. They are involved in the identification of need, finding and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results. The process of collecting, cleansing, classifying and analyzing expenditure data with the purpose of decreasing procurement costs, improving efficiency, and monitoring compliance. It can also be leveraged in other areas of business such as inventory management, budgeting and planning, and product development.

What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field. "1) Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills. 2) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to work across teams and with external vendors. 3) Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills 4) Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment." "1) Proficiency in developing dashboards using tools like Power BI, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Celonis, and Excel. 2) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. 3) Proficiency in procurement software and digital workflow platforms. 4) Use benchmarking and should-cost modeling to identify savings opportunities. 5) Strong understanding of procurement processes, spend categories, and compliance metrics. 6) Advanced data analysis and visualization 7) Procurement and financial acumen 8) Stakeholder engagement and communication 9) Project management and multitasking 10) Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset"

Roles and Responsibilities : "Experience Required : 3 to 5 years 1) Cleanse, harmonize, and categorize procurement data across spend, contracts, invoices, and payments. 2) Work on spend analytics platforms and generate periodic insights packs for stakeholders. 3) Identify cost-saving opportunities, compliance gaps, and supplier performance trends 4) Use business intelligence dashboards, SynOps, and proprietary procurement apps for real-time analytics 5) Maintain audit-ready documentation and traceability of insights and actions"Post Graduate Diploma in Finance,Bachelor’s degree with Finance specialization
