Job descriptionIDNOW API Integration : Utilize and integrate with SailPoint IDNOW APIs to extend functionality and automate identity processes across connected systems. Application Onboarding : Lead the onboarding of diverse applications into IDNOW, including critical systems like Workday, Active Directory, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow, ensuring seamless identity governance. Event Triggers & Workflows : Design, develop, and optimize event triggers and complex workflows within IDNOW to automate identity processes and enhance operational efficiency. Reports, SODs, & Policies : Configure and manage IDNOW reports, Segregation of Duties (SODs) policies, and general access policies to meet audit and compliance requirements. Client & Partner Engagement : Communicate effectively with clients and partners, articulating both the technical and functional aspects of the SailPoint product and its implementation in a clear, appropriate manner. Post-Sales Engagement : Conduct post-sales requirements gathering, detailed analysis, and comprehensive documentation to ensure solutions align with evolving business needs. User Testing & Support : Work collaboratively with clients post-implementation, providing support for user acceptance testing (UAT), debugging issues, and ongoing maintenance. Project Management Assistance : Assist in the management of project scope, schedule, status reporting, and comprehensive documentation for IDNOW Requisites : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of overall professional experience, with 3-9 years specifically as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator focused on IAM solutions. Extensive hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow implementation and configuration. Strong experience with the following programming languages : Java, BeanShell / JavaScript, JSP / Servlets, and SQL. Proven experience in setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms. Solid experience working with various databases (e.g., Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL, MySQL). Experience with Directories such as LDAP and Active Directory (AD). Familiarity with other identity management provisioning systems (e.g., SailPoint IIQ). Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) concepts and implementation. Excellent communication skills and proven experience in working directly with clients and partners. Experience with QA duties including usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, developing test scripts, test cases, and test plans. Demonstrated learning agility and willingness to be cross-trained on new technologies and domains.
Job Overview
We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Identity Engineer specializing in SailPoint IdentityNow (IDNOW). In this dynamic role, you will be a key technical leader responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of IDNOW solutions, including design, implementation, support, and maintenance for our diverse client base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust identity and access management (IAM) solutions, providing essential technical expertise, troubleshooting critical issues, and ensuring successful deployment and integration within client :
- SailPoint IdentityNow Implementation : Lead and execute full-lifecycle SailPoint IdentityNow (IDNOW) implementations, from initial setup to production deployment.
- Virtual Appliance Management : Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize IDNOW virtual appliances to ensure high performance and stability.
- Identity Profile & Rules Development : Design and implement identity profiles, data transforms, and complex connector and cloud rules within IDNOW to facilitate accurate identity lifecycle management.
- Role-Based Provisioning : Configure and manage Role-Based Provisioning (RBP), ensuring efficient and secure access assignment based on user roles.
- Access Reviews & Certifications : Implement and support various access review types, including Manager certifications, Source
Owner certifications, and search-based certifications, to ensure compliance and reduce access risk.
