Lead Identity Engineer - Duo Application Onboarding

About the Role The Access Management Engineer – Application Onboarding will be responsible for onboarding and managing Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations for enterprise applications, supporting approximately multiple users.

This role involves handling complex and standard applications, ensuring secure access management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust authentication solutions.

What You’ll Do Manage Application Onboarding for Duo, including integration of SSO applications (complex and standard).

Configure and support custom applications, native / desktop applications, and application groups.

Implement header-based SSO without AM technology support for complex apps.

Configure Web SSO with protocol support (SAML, OAuth / OIDC) and header-based SSO with AM technology for standard apps.

Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to maintain compliance and optimize authentication flows.

Troubleshoot and resolve SSO and access-related issues across multiple platforms.

Document processes and maintain onboarding standards for scalability.

What You Bring Strong expertise in SSO technologies and identity / access management.

Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth / OIDC, and header-based SSO.

Familiarity with custom application onboarding and desktop / native app integration.

Ability to manage large-scale user environments (10,000+ users).

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have Experience with Duo Security or similar MFA solutions.

Knowledge of application grouping strategies and protocol-level troubleshooting.

Prior exposure to enterprise-level access management projects.
