Role Overview
We're looking for a Junior HR Intern who can support us in setting up people systems, processes, and culture. This internship is designed as a 1-month full-time role , with the opportunity to transition into a paid Junior HR Executive role after successful completion.
This isn't a coffee-fetching internship, you'll be working directly with leadership, handling real responsibilities, and shaping how our agency runs.
1. Systems & SOPs
- Assist in documenting and maintaining HR processes, policies, and SOPs
- Help track project management and workload distribution across teams
- Support leadership in ensuring systems are being followed
2. Hiring & Onboarding
Draft JDs, screen resumes, and coordinate interviewsConduct HR intro calls with shortlisted candidatesSupport in onboarding and induction of new hires3. Compensation & Workload Assessment
Assist leadership in researching and benchmarking fair pay structuresMaintain payroll inputs, attendance, and leave trackersSupport in workload balancing across teams4. Employee Relations & Culture
Gather employee feedback regularly through structured conversationsHelp in planning team events, bonding activities, and check-insEnsure smooth communication between leadership and employees5. Day-to-Day Operations
Maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and reportsSupport performance review processesEnsure smooth HR operations and issue resolutionWho We're Looking For
