Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for software and system issues.
Manage and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Maintain and optimize operating systems performance and reliability.
Document issues, solutions, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications :

Proven experience in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and System Administration.

Strong customer service orientation with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Hands-on experience managing and maintaining Operating Systems (Windows / Linux).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

Experience in the insurance or fintech industry is an added advantage.
