Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, valuation (DCF, precedent transactions, comps), and modeling to support deal execution.
• Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and transaction materials.
• Assist in due diligence, data room management, and coordination with legal and accounting teams.
• Support senior bankers in M&A, IPO, debt issuance, and other capital market transactions.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and potential deal opportunities.
• Manage and analyze large data sets, create dashboards and summaries for client use.
• Maintain communication with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders.
