Key Responsibilities
As a Telecaller Sales Executive , you will be responsible for :
- Making outbound sales calls to promote :
- Algo Trading products
- Demat account opening services
- Life, Medical, and General Insurance products
- Contacting potential clients, explaining benefits, and handling their queries.
- Following up with leads to convert prospects into customers.
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate client details and interaction history in the CRM system.
- Building long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Working closely with the sales team to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have :
Minimum 1 year of successful telesales / sales experience, preferably in financial services or insurance (banking, trading, insurance, NBFCs, etc.).Strong sales ability in promoting insurance products (Life, Medical, General) or financial products.Proficiency in English (spoken & written) with clear communication skills.Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.Target-driven attitude and self-motivation to achieve sales goals.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
