YEMI primarily focuses on manufacturing of Industrial Engines and sales and service of the Industrial Engines / Agricultural Products / Marine (Small – Medium & Large) Engines. Essential duties of this role :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Product details - Water cooled Diesel engines (10-200 HP), Air Cooled (3-10 HP)
Sales & revenue growth
- Work with GOEMs for Engine sales for DG application. Set & achieve sales targets, goals & objectives
- Drive Sales & revenue growth for Power products (DGs)
- Monitor & analyse sales performance & implement corrective actions if needed.
- Participate in RFQs / tenders / GOI RFIs for DG through various GOEMs
Business Development
Conduct Marketing promotion for GOEMsIdentify & engage with potential clients – Telecom companies, towercos, ESCOs, Retailers, EPCM, ContractorsBuild & maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders.Develop tailored solutions with GOEMs for each category of customers as aboveMarket Strategy & Penetration
Develop & implement comprehensive marketing strategyDG market review and analysis – world wide & IndiaIdentify key market trends, opportunities & challengesCreate & execute Go to Market plan to introduce productsProduct & Solution Expertise
Develop deep understanding of new products & their applicationsStay updated on industry trends, Competitors activities & technological advancementsCarry out the Product Validation (POC) with telecom for GOEMs productsNew product design with GOEMsCustomer Focus
Engage with customer to understand their needs & gather feedbackProvide technical support to customer. Ensure high levels of customer satisfactionPrepare and share technical specification, data sheets, and certificates to customers.Address customer inquiries, concerns & issues promptly and effectivelyInterface to cross functional work teams such as EBU, customer support-services, Testing, R& D, GOEM distributors etc.Provide status of ongoing projects and future projects. Updating of customer data base, MIS as required and submission.Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.Education : B. Tech
