Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Application Support Engineer. The selected candidate will provide technical support for software applications, analyze and resolve system-related issues, and ensure smooth operation for end-users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical difficulties, maintaining system performance, and effectively communicating with clients to address and resolve their concerns.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Application Support and Technical Support processes
Strong Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and teams
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently
Knowledge of software applications and operating systems is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
