Role Overview

What You’ll Do

Source and close candidates for full-time, contract, Upwork, and Fiverr roles.

Evaluate candidates through structured first-level interviews.

Track every stage — from sourcing to joining — with accuracy and speed.

Maintain up-to-date dashboards and weekly hiring trackers.

You’ll Thrive Here If You :

Have experience hiring across tech, operations, and support roles.

Are detail-driven and proactive with strong ownership.

Can manage multiple mandates independently and stay outcome-focused.
