Job description

Job Profile-

  • Involved in developing new pastry, bakery and chocolate products
  • To develop and standardizing new recipes and menus
  • Documentation and costing of recipes
  • Come up with new garnishing ideas for the pastry outlets keeping in line with the current market trend
  • Preparing a wide variety of items such as cakes, pastries and chocolates by following classic and modern recipes
  • Keeps abreast of the latest industry trends, developments and uses such information to offer guests the latest pastry, bakery and chocolate products available

Candidate Profile -

  • Hotel Management graduation, with minimum 12 - 15 years of experience.
  • Candidate should be

  • Preferably OCLD background / reputed hotel management institute
  • Pleasing personality, excellent communication skills, should be able manage team
  • Should have ability in planning, organising, analytical, budgeting and cost control
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in pastry and bakery technique
