Job description
Job Profile-
Involved in developing new pastry, bakery and chocolate products
To develop and standardizing new recipes and menus
Documentation and costing of recipes
Come up with new garnishing ideas for the pastry outlets keeping in line with the current market trend
Preparing a wide variety of items such as cakes, pastries and chocolates by following classic and modern recipes
Keeps abreast of the latest industry trends, developments and uses such information to offer guests the latest pastry, bakery and chocolate products available
Candidate Profile -
Hotel Management graduation, with minimum 12 - 15 years of experience.
Candidate should be
Preferably OCLD background / reputed hotel management institute
Pleasing personality, excellent communication skills, should be able manage team
Should have ability in planning, organising, analytical, budgeting and cost control
Extensive knowledge and experience in pastry and bakery technique
