Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Executive & Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in the shipping and freight forwarding industry, with a solid understanding of both import and export operations.

Requirements :

• 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding / shipping (import and export handling required).
• Strong understanding of logistics, documentation, and incoterms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
