Pega Decisioning Architect - CDH Platform

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Lead Pega Decisioning Architect to design, develop, and implement advanced decisioning strategies using the Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) platform. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into decisioning artifacts that drive real-time, customer-centric outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of decisioning strategies in Pega CDH.
• Translate complex business requirements into decisioning artifacts by leveraging analytics, machine learning, and predictive models.
• Develop and manage actions, treatments, engagement strategies, and contact policies in Next-Best-Action Designer.
• Mentor and guide other Decisioning Architects through regular code and design reviews.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and developers to deliver high-quality decisioning solutions.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and compliance of decisioning strategies within enterprise environments.
