Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced UKG Consultant / Developer with a strong background in UKG Workforce Management, Bhoomi integrations, and Workday connectivity. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of functional configuration and technical integration expertise, enabling seamless deployment and maintenance of UKG and related HR systems.

This role offers the opportunity to work across UKG Kronos, WFM Pro, and Bhoomi , while collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize integrations with Workday and other enterprise systems .

Key Responsibilities :

Configure and implement UKG Kronos / WFM Pro modules (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, etc.).

Design, develop, and maintain UKG Bhoomi integrations and data pipelines.

Build and manage Workday integrations with UKG and other HR / payroll applications.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for configurations and integrations.

Ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and system stability across platforms.

Support system upgrades, enhancements, and post-production maintenance.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in UKG solutions (WFM, Pro, Dimensions, or Workforce Central).

Strong hands-on experience with UKG Bhoomi (integration design, API development, troubleshooting).

Working knowledge of Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, REST / SOAP APIs).

Proficiency in configuration of UKG modules (pay rules, accruals, shifts, access profiles, etc.).

Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management processes.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

UKG and / or Workday certifications.

Experience integrating with HCM or Payroll platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM).

Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, XML , and scripting languages (Java, Python, etc.).

Prior consulting or enterprise implementation experience.
