Must-Have
Experience with more than one UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions Implementation(configuration), Rollout and Support for more than one customer (Large implementation with more than 100K, multiple countries, 1000+stores)
- Hands on Experience with WFD Configuration of Business Structure, Time Keeping, Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting, Analytics & Reports, Device Configuration, Mobile configuration
- Experience with following modules in UKG Pro WFM - Timekeeper / Accruals / Leave / Attendance / Attestation / Advanced Scheduler / Activities / Business Structure / Release Management / HyperFind queries / Workforce Genies and calendars / Data Access Control Concepts / Custom Reports
- Experience in UKG Pro Configuration and Troubleshooting - Knowledge of product configuration, creating work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rule etc. Support changes to existing configurations and build new ones as needed basis.
- Experience in creating custom reports and experience with data migration to UKG Pro WFM.
- Experience in handling incidents, problems, changes etc.
- Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems.
- Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements.
- Develop documentation for systems and processes.
Good-to-Have
UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFM certifications (highly preferred)Experience in Kronos WFCA self-starter and can deliver and be adaptable in understanding functional and technical requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Must have a learner attitude with minimum supervision.Good written & oral communication skills & strong team playerStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
