Role Overview
The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging potential buyers, and driving conversions across Alt.’s portfolio of luxury and mid-segment properties. This role demands a highly motivated professional who can combine market knowledge, client advisory skills, and strong follow-through to achieve ambitious sales targets.

5. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and lead management systems.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury or mid-segment housing.
3. Prior experience working with Channel Partners or investment advisory firms will be an advantage.
