Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager, located in Karnataka, India. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing P&L, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest levels of customer service. Responsibilities also include budgeting, hiring and training staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.QSR experience would be added Advantage.

Qualifications

• Skills in P&L Management and Budgeting
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Proficiency in Hiring and Staff Management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
