Job Summary :  We are seeking an experienced Retail Solution Architect to assist our existing clients in identifying and solving their challenges. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in implementing digital transformation projects and will play a crucial role in the growth of our retail teams. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and a strong commitment to ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, identify problems, and propose effective solutions.
• Lead the implementation of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
• Provide architectural guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept to delivery.
• Work closely with client teams to foster growth, enhance capabilities, and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project workflows, deliverables, and timelines effectively.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including solution blueprints and design specifications.
• Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
