Role Description :

We are seeking a Full Stack Team Lead with expertise in MERN and MEAN to join our team. This is a full-time role based on-site in Gurugram. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team, developing and maintaining web and mobile applications, ensuring the quality and performance of applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include code reviews, managing development cycles, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of developers across mobile and backend.
• Architect, design, and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and backend services
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA to deliver high-quality features.
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and conduct code reviews.
• Own end-to-end responsibility for technical decisions, delivery timelines, and performance optimisation.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing Skills and Qualifications :
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in MERN and MEAN.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and database design (SQL / NoSQL).
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) , and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects successfully.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
