About the Role
The role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for various job roles, acting as a trusted talent advisor, and employing advanced headhunting techniques to identify talent.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of client requirements.
Extensive hands on experience of employment types like B2B, Permanent, FTC and Contracts.
Hands on knowledge for Visa types and EU Geography.
End-to-End Recruitment lifecycle and individual contribution working role.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for various job roles : from taking the mandate to offer acceptance.
Employ advanced headhunting techniques (X-Ray Boolean search, Recruiter, market mapping, direct sourcing, referral generation and ATS) to identify talent.
Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and interviews to assess not just skills but also cultural fit, motivation, and career aspirations.
Skillfully manage the offer process, including negotiation, closing, and ensuring a smooth on boarding experience.
Build and maintain a robust network of high-caliber professionals in your domain expertise.
Qualifications
Experience : 3-5+ years of proven experience in IT & Technical recruitment, preferably within a search firm, executive search, or a high-performance staffing agency.
Education : Graduation : B.TECH / BCA or any equivalent degree.
Required Skills
Advanced headhunting techniques, candidate screening, negotiation skills, and strong networking abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience in a search firm or high-performance staffing agency.
Pay range and compensation package
As per experience and company norms.
Working directly with the CEO.

Shift timings : 2-11 PM IST (UK Shift)
