The Role :

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance, legal, compliance, and commercial functions across the group. The CFO will be responsible for strategic financial planning, investor relations, risk management, and operational efficiency while driving growth, profitability, and corporate governance.

This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader with a proven track record in IT / Services companies, who can drive both organic and inorganic growth initiatives, including capital markets and IPO preparation
