Role Overview :
The Program Manager – Sales Operations will act as the backbone of the sales organization, ensuring operational efficiency, accurate reporting, and process discipline. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about enabling sales teams to succeed at scale.
Key Responsibilities :
Own the sales operations engine – CRM accuracy, funnel tracking, reporting dashboards.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue, SLA adherence).
Build and maintain sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports for leadership.
Standardize and enforce sales processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with Sales Managers, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth execution.
Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements for higher efficiency and conversion.
Design and track incentive / commission programs to drive performance.
Support new city launches with operational planning, playbooks, and partner coordination.
Conduct training / enablement sessions for sales teams on CRM usage, reporting, and process updates.
Candidate Profile :
Experience : 4–7 years in Sales Operations / Program Management / Business Operations.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, CRM tools (Zoho / Salesforce), and reporting dashboards.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
Process-driven mindset with ability to balance speed and compliance.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Preferred : Background in Automotive, EV, Telecom, or BFSI sales operations.
