LSEG - Workday Senior Analyst - HCM Module

What You'll Do :

• Lead System Assurance : Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans for Workday and related applications, focusing on system enhancements, projects, and ongoing process improvements.
• Strengthen Security & Privacy : Oversee and conduct security and privacy testing, including the management of proxy access, to ensure adherence to our global standards and compliance requirements.
• Drive Continuous Improvement : Analyze trends from Level 3 support issues and user feedback to identify root causes and proactively recommend system and process enhancements.
• Resolve Complex Issues : Partner with functional and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve intricate business-as-usual (BAU) issues, minimizing disruption to our global operations.
• Maintain Operational Excellence : Uphold and improve documentation, security protocols, and testing practices to align with our global standards.
• Collaborate & Communicate : Clearly and effectively communicate complex findings and recommendations to a wide range of partners, fostering strong collaboration across the organization.
